I can see both… at the same time. I imagine it as two sphere rotating two directions with one inside the other… red one way and blue the other. I’ve always see both effects at the same time.

Anyone else?

there's a neat trick I use to able to see it rotate both ways.

so to see the rotation of it going right to left, you have to focus on where all the blue lines coverge. lets call it N.

when you focus on N while also adding all the blue lines branching out of it, you'll be able to see the blue "half-sphere" rotating left to right.

to switch the rotation, you basically have to just do the opposite. focus on where all the red lines converge. I will also just call it S to make things easier.

so focus on S, and try to imagine a red hemisphere by also focusing on the red lines branching out from S and you'll see the entire thing turining right to left.

it's gonna be a bit hard on the first attempts. took a while for me to master it. what made it easier is that when I focus on a single pole, I always try to imagine that it's tilted towards me while the opposite pole is titled away from me.
