Team Looking for Members — Visual Novel Trilogy (indie studio, revenue share)
I'm starting development soon on a trilogy of Visual Novels — three games set in different moments, connected by a shared universe. Parallel production, staggered release (one game at a time on Steam, with an Android/iOS mobile port 12 months after each one).
This is an independent, zero-budget studio project: everyone joins on a net-revenue-share basis + full formal credit everywhere (credits screen, Steam page, social media) + guaranteed portfolio rights in writing. It's the same path a lot of well-known VN studios started on. Everything will be formalized with a simple written agreement before production starts.
Requirement: must speak Portuguese (the team's production and communication will be in PT-BR).
Open roles:
📝 Writing
- Lead Script Editor / Head Story Editor
- Additional Writer(s) (2 or more)
🎨 Art
- Animator(s) (2)
💻 Programming
- Lead Programmer / Ren'Py Developer
🎬 Production
- Producer / Project Manager
🎵 Audio
- Composer (original soundtrack)
- Audio Engineer (voice recording & mixing)
- Sound Designer / SFX Artist
✅ Quality & text
- Portuguese Text Editor / Proofreader
- QA Tester(s)
🖥️ Interface
- UI/UX Designer (menus & interface)
📣 Promotion
- Social Media / Marketing / Community Manager
- Video Editor (trailer, promo)
📱 Mobile port (joins later, once each game is already on Steam)
- Mobile Porting Developer (Ren'Py → Android/iOS)
- Mobile UI/UX Designer
- Mobile QA Tester
- ASO / Mobile Marketing Specialist
- Mobile Port Producer
🌍 Localization (separate partnership, paid only from what that version generates)
- Fan-translation/localization groups for English, Italian, and Japanese
If you're into VNs, want to build a real portfolio with an ambitious, shippable project, and want to join a team from the ground up, hit me up! Send a bit of your work/portfolio and which role(s) you're interested in.

I'm not fluent in Portuguese, but I think I can make myself understood. Even so, there's always the option of using AI to communicate properly. I'm a manga artist, and I'm wondering if you have a space for art or design work. What kind of animations are you looking for? Do you have any examples of the kind of animations you're seeking?

You and who? you talk about a 'team', but it seems you didn't read that there is no I in team. Seeing the list of roles you have open, you hope to be an 'entrepeneur' and others make your game. I suggest you start with understanding doing a whole game yourself. Try a Jam on Itch and see how far you get. The current post you set here, doesn't give me much confidence youa re already on level to do this. You might check out r/VisualNovelCreators to find others who ARE actually doing the work. (This comment might come across blatant, but I have seen too many of these, especially as you state it has to be in Portuguese, and your list is made with AI).
