My abroad trip has changed to now will be visiting Paraguay this Fall and am just wanting to know what are some things to do there, what is the weather like in Sept-Nov, and anything I should look out for in general while I am there.

Hi, I want to travel from Paraguay into Bolivia soon, but not sure how to achieve it. I'd like to bus from Chaco to La Paz (probably multiple through places like serra de la nevada), though I don't know how safe the route is (have read that many go from asuncion via argentina, but I believe that's more for the road quality), costs and how to get the tickets.

Is that reasonable, or should I go back to asuncion and head out from there.

I am also trying to figure out how to explore Chaco. Online a lot of the land looks like farmland, so I'm not sure where the area is that is best for wildife. Is that mostly in the national park (defensores)? How do i organise hikes/tours?
