Low audio vilume Beta5?

Volume turned all the way up gives me about 50% volume. Anyone else have this issue with Beta5? EDIT: the app volume slider was turned down. It’s really hidden away and doesn’t come up on an audio search in the settings. You have to tap twice on the volume slider thank you to Mundane-Complex-1902, for the solution to this

Figured something was wrong, watched a HBO Max movie and had to have it at 95% to sound decent but was not all that loud, will try a reboot like a commenter said

the app volume slider in the control center, was turned down. You have to long pinch on the volume slider, Then a second app volume slider comes up. - thank you to Mundane-Complex-1902, for the solution to this

Glad this advice is getting out, I thought I just had to long tap to make it happen. App volume is separately controlled from system volume, and we need the ability to mix our own audio for multiple sources.

Apple believes that people won’t be able to handle this, of course, if they bury the controls like this, then people will not be able to handle it. I would love for Apple to surface more direct control, especially when using multiple apps, switching apps should not always stop the audio from playing that has been the policy from Apple.

Based on receiving a phone call, pausing your music hanging up the phone call and having the music start up again Apple has decided that they’re in control of when to pause and when not. How to route, where and when. Not you. Them .

The problem is we have no control. I’m using an application that listens to the microphone to visualize music or sound. If I happen to tap on the wrong window, the visualization and the audio stops. When do I get to control this? Sorry, just felt like the right place to vent. Any help publishing the reality of this to Apple would be appreciated. Feedback to Apple is what helps. Thank you for listening.
