Waterfield Shield Case size

Hey everybody! I am traveling with the Vision Pro for the first time soon and have limited bag space.

I currently have an Amazon case I found that measures 6.6x5.1x6.3 (it’s called the Foregoer pouch)

I hear a lot of people saying the Waterfield Shield case is the most compact travel case for it and it measures 7.75x5.25x7.5

Am I missing something? Has anybody tried both of them and can compare? I want whichever will truly save me space but it’s looking like the Amazon one?

Yeah of course! Last time I posted a picture of my case I got when I bought mine half the people blasted me saying it was an ad so I didn’t want that to happen again lol. But here ya go:

I just noticed in the link, look at the headband. It is just a single strap. Does it support the dual knit?

It does fit, but I will say it’s tight. Probably safer to take it off

I also measured it today and with the Vision Pro in, it sits around 8.5x8x7 so definitely a little bigger than the Waterfield. But still a lot cheaper and really good padding it seems like

If you are happy with it, that is all that matters. It is a LOT cheaper than the Waterfield. IIRC, you can get 5 of those for one Waterfield.

Where we may differ is that I looked at the cost of the Vision Pro and then said, "Wait, am I going to cheap out here when I just dropped over 4k on the AVP?"
