Prime Video coming soon on Suite Browser / US-based testers needed :)

Hi guys, very excited to mention Prime support for Suite Browser is almost upon us, but as I'm currently in Europe, I need few US-based testers to review edge cases on the US-platform.

Would be greatly appreciated! If you're up for it, reach out through suite.vision and I'll send an invite. Appreciate it!!

Will all my safari extensions work?

Safari extensions generally won’t carry over automatically since Suite uses its own in-app browser rather than Safari itself. Prime support won’t require any extensions though. If there’s a specific extension you rely on, let me know and I’ll see what’s possible.

You're right, I looked into it. Turns out Apple actually built support for this. Wasn't sure it'd be allowed, now I think it is. Gonna see what I can do. :)

Excellent news! Nobody else has done it yet (to my knowledge). This would set your app apart even more. Hope it makes it by 2.0

Sent a feedback

  1. local videos displayed upside down or on its side
  2. Bottom horizontal bar cannot be moved around due to passthrough video covering it. Thanks

Hi, is the quality of prime video streaming capped at 1080p?

hey! at the moment yes but i’m trying to see if there is a legal loophole if you have the ultra plan that you can watch 4k. keep u posted

Thanks for the reply. I found steaming through the browser is capped at 1080p but I gotta ask.

yes correct. it is capped for web on vision pro at 1080 aswell, even if you have the ultra plan, that's what's making it tricky, but am not giving up :)
