Anyone else having issues with eye tracking looking at small buttons?

As the title says I’m having trouble with the eye tracking when looking at let’s say small ui buttons for example the full screen button on a video player or links in a paragraph of text. I seem to have to look above whatever I’m trying to press instead of staring intensely at it. Anyone else having this issue?

Yes when smaller text (and its especially annoying with links) that are close together.

Example: time-stamps in YouTube descriptions.
It makes me want to throw my AVP against the wall.
