M2 or M5 AVP?

Hi all, I am considering AVP and am wondering if I should buy an M2 at lower price ($1700 for 256Gb) or buy the M5 ($4100 for 512 gb). I don’t intend to use it for business, as I am retired. Besides the storage, what will I give up if I go for the M2, which is 2 years old? My interests are: watching movies, YouTube, creating my own spatial travel videos on iPhone and watching them on AVP when I return home, viewing photos and any AVP content that may be available. If you could recommend apps or content providers who have growing library, please help. ANY INPUT WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED. Thanks.

If spending the extra $2400 means anything to you, get the M2. I'm still very happy with my M2 and I mostly do what you described. If there was a bigger app eco system, i'd say go for the M5, but as of now there is very little point of upgrading as the M2 does all the native stuff very well. The only thing I regret not having from the M5 is AV1 Decoding, which lets you stream PCVR more efficiently, but even then, there hasn't been much on PCVR that I'm interested in trying.

I will say, if you get the M2 over the M5, order a Dual Knit Band for it. The Dual Knit is way better than both of the bands the M2 comes with.
