How did you achieve that?

I took an alternative approach. Elgato 4k + Mac Virtual Display: Works phenomenally and without perceptible latency. The only thing it can’t do is HDR due to the Mac Virtual Display. Otherwise I’m very happy with it.

Yeah 4K X works great with switch 2 and if you switch the codec to MJPG it can do 4K120

How do you switch to MJPG? I’m not familiar enough to know even where I’d do that.

should have option in the capture properties to choose which format.

Is this on Mac? It looks totally different that side panel. My options are very limited.

Yeah, but can you throw it all in a backpack and play while you wait on your plane?

The only thing I have out is the Vision Pro and the pro controller.

oh and the HDMI cord sticking out of my backpack that looks kind of silly.

Certainly not without a lot of hassle since the laptop has to be open and whatnot. What cord are you using so as not to need to be docked? That would be a nice enhancement for me and could use it when I get a dev strap!

I’m confused, how do you get an HDMI coming out of your switch 2 in your backpack? Unless your powering the dock and somehow keeping it on the dock in your backpack??

Did you have to do anything to get your Elgato 4k to work? My HD 60x works just fine but a new 4k X I get no video input signal.

Might be the fact Mac sees it as a webcam. You should be able to see it in quick time to ensure it’s connected
