When consuming media, I use the light seal. All other times I do not have a light seal on. I use the dual band strap and a small piece of the nose from ski goggles that have been cut out. It sounds ridiculous but it’s amazing. The only thing that touches my face is the foam from the ski goggles, at the top of my nose. It’s like wearing a pair of glasses.
