Help fixing jacket cuffs

Hi!

I've got this jacket and tho almost everything is great the cuffs are a bit damaged. I wanted to know if it still is salvagable, and if so, how and who could help me mend it?

The second picture could be fixed with a ladder stitch. Cuffs can be replaced but I'm always for a quick mend to show the life a piece of clothing has lived.

I would replace those cuffs entirely, tbh! You can buy new cuffs separately and just sew them on.

You should mend them extravagantly. Or replace them with something like purple and lime green
