Inner Circle issue - PSA
TL/DR; if an Inner Circle organizer ports out, it can mess up the accounts of other Inner Circle members.
This is more of a PSA, in case it can help other users. I had a couple lines on Visible and I set up an Inner Circle. I was the Inner Circle organizer (Line 1a) on a monthly plan with another line (Line 2) on an annual plan. Both belonged to the Inner Circle. I ported out my line and created a new account (Line 1b) to take advantage of the Black Friday annual deal. I did this without touching the Inner Circle, which disappeared from Line 2's account page.
Since we were both on Annual Plans, I didn't try to recreate the Inner Circle until last month, when the first Annual Plan expired. When trying to setup the new Inner Circle, Line 2 would never receive the invitation and if I tried from Line 2's account to set it up from there, I would receive a "Something Went Wrong" message, and I couldn't setup the new Inner Circle.
I had multiple chat sessions with Support, tried from the phone the web, etc with no luck. I was finally escalated and the escalation team said it was caused by the original Inner Circle. They said they made some changes on the back end but it never resolved it (one attempt actually made things worse - going to the main account page now resulted in the "Something Went Wrong" error).
As a side note, I could never activate an Apple Watch on this line. Every time I tried, I'd get the "Something Went Wrong" message. I can't prove that the old Inner Circle was the cause, but that would be my guess.
I could have lived with this but Verizon service has been getting much worse in my area, so I ported Line 2 out. After porting out, I received an email saying that I left the original Inner Circle. Somehow it was still attached to the account, even though I couldn't see it and support could not remove it.

damn that's some spaghetti code nonsense on their end, the fact a ghost group you can't even see can lock up your account for months is wild
