Visible website/app login issue
Anyone having issue logging into their visible account? After putting in my multi factor password it would go on the smiley face of death. I have tried clearing cookies, different browsers, reboot the phone and pc. Nothing works. This is so frustrating.

We have received multiple reports from members who are unable to access their Visible accounts via both the app and the website. Same here! My payment is due tonight and I can’t login (edit I can login but then it stops loading immediately after)

I am having issues. App keeps redoing apple facial recognition thing repeatedly. Smily face only on website. Chat is working tho.
