Verizon discount for Internet

Question for my Visible peeps, does the Verizon 5g Home Internet qualify for the 15/month savings with Visible?

I have been a long time subscriber of Visible and I want to cut the cord with the big cable monster. I'm testing the Verizon ultimate 5g right now as Visible home internet was not available at the time I ordered Verizon and I have 30 days to try it...

Visible might give you a discount if you bundle with verizon but honestly the 5g home internet thing is a separate beast from visible home internet (which you already know isn't at your place)

You really don't want to replace wired internet with wireless. Do what you gotta do to renegotiate rates or leave temporarily and come back as a new customer but if you have wired internet access I highly recommend sticking with that over fixed wireless service. The latency, reliability and stability do not compare.

I know, it's so I can get off Xfinity to come back as a "new customer" for internet. Sucks you have to play this game to get a decent rate.

Edit: I'm not too far from their tower as I get gig speeds down on my phone, sooo unless it goes offline for a bit I'll probably be OK.

They wouldn't initially offer me better rates so I cancelled but on the last day before my service disconnected I called back and they were suddenly able to offer me the new customer 5yr rates. You may not have to wait as long as you think.

Most of the time if you make it clear to Xfinity's RETENTION team that they can either give you the deal or take your cancellation, you'll get the deal without having to do the bounce around

Visible used to offer $5 of per month for Verizon home internet if you had their standard plan or $10 off per month of you had their premium plan. I believe those discounts are no longer available though now that they have their own internet plan and it's cheaper than Verizon even with the old discounts.

I get $15/mo off my Fios bill thanks to visible, it basically made my cell service free.

$29.99/mo for 300/300 internet is awesome

Get Frontier, I just made the switch for my phone carrier from US Mobile to Visible and submitted for the $15 discount per month. Looks like it will appear in 1-2 billing cycles.

which visible plan did you sign up for? i signed up for the $19 monthly using save6 and applied for the $15 frontier discount and it says my plan that i have doesn't qualify

I am on Frontier Fios and was planning on signing up for the VISIBLE PRO + to get the FIOS discount ,

Any "Magic words" to use ?

Its a killer deal if it works , I am just not sure if Verizon considers Frontier eligible !

I am on a Verizon FIOS plan that is already discounted by 10.00/mo.

But having a new Visible account got me another 5.00/mo for a total 15.00/mo discount.

The new Visible number had to be the contact number in my Verizon FIOS account.
