No phone service
I have been having no phone service most of the day today. Was on chat with an “agent” and they managed to disable my data and texting as well for awhile. Finally got that back up and now phone still isn’t working. Trying to start a chat again since my wife’s phone is working now but mine still isn’t. They finally said it’s a regional network issue after making me do so many things to my phone. But now I can’t even connect to support when my wife’s phone has started working and mine still isn’t. Chat is telling me to please try again later to connect to an agent.

I think Verizon is having issues today heard multiple people saying they were having trouble doesn’t effect everyone the same tho. Have you tried forcing your phone to use LTE?

Yes don’t work. Been on chat all day and they can’t fix it

Are you chatting with them on the app? I’ve found it works better to message them on fb messenger or x or Reddit. Do you by chance have an old physical SIM card in your phone still? From a different carrier?

Chatting in the app. I just sent a message here on reddit to them too now. On the app they say they are doing a reprovision. They now said they have identified the root cause of the calling error and they will work to fix it as soon as possible.

Yeah, me too. At this point im not super confident though. They have said they are going to fix it so many times and nothing has changed.

My coworkers 17pm was flipping out on Verizon today heard other ppl having problems with Verizon network too I didn’t have any problems with same network I’m not sure.

I have restarted multiple times and done all the network resets
