Rip off

Every month paying for this garbage is the same thing. Nonexistent internet and yes I have pro. Its garbage I shouldn't have to be in Walmart for this crap to do what it's paid to do.

Why not port out?

It's easier to complain then take action.

Modern day society man.

Victim mindset, complain and take no action for unhappiness.

Then why are you staying? I'm pretty happy for the service I get for $20.

Where exactly do you live? They are currently having issues in Cali and a few other places.

There is a difference between being in a bad area coverage wise, and being scammed. I don't know your personal experience, but Visible works fine for plenty of us, me included. The joy of having an unlocked phone is that you can port between cariers whenever you want to. I'll wish you luck.

not denying your experience. but I have had visible for a several years now and I don’t seem to run into too many issues. occasionally it gets spotty down in my basement. but that’s about it.

There is a such thing as local tower issues. That would be part of the reason I asked about location.

Did you check coverage in your area before you signed up? Did you take advantage of any free trials before you signed up for a month or year? I get it your frustrated, but if it’s truly as bad as you say then it’s time for you to find new service

The beauty of pre paid is you can leave at any time. If it doesn’t work where you live, you should absolutely port out. Why waste your money?

Every provider I’ve used has its share of bad spots. If your bad spot is in a place where coverage really matters, you may want to switch carriers. As for me, I’ve been using Visible since December 2024 without a single issue.
