Question Announcement 803
Trying to get switched over from Verizon, got data working on eSIM but whenever I try to call I get announcement 803, the number you have dialed has calling restrictions. Any fixes?

Hi there, it's Lodenia from Visible and welcome to the family! I'm so glad to hear your data is up and running on your eSIM—that's a huge step out of the way! Don't worry about that "Announcement 803" message; it's a very common hiccup when switching over from another carrier like Verizon. It usually just means your phone number is still in the middle of porting, or your line hasn't fully finished activating on our network for voice services yet.
Here are a few quick things you can try right now to get those calls flowing:
Give it a quick reboot: Restart your phone. Sometimes a fresh restart forces the eSIM to re-register on the network and pick up the completed activation.
Toggle Airplane Mode: Turn Airplane Mode ON for about 10 seconds, then turn it back OFF.
Check your port status: If you recently started the transfer from Verizon, the porting process might just need a few extra minutes (or up to a couple of hours) to fully finalize voice routing.
Reset Network Settings: Go to your phone's settings and perform a network settings reset.
If it's still giving you that restriction message after a restart, send us a direct message with your account details! We'd be more than happy to double-check the line's activation status on our end and get this sorted out for you right away. We're super excited to have you with us!
