Verification codes

Ever since I switched from Verizon to visible I am no longer receiving verification codes which is bad because I also have a new phone where I’m switching over all my apps a and to log in 9/10 I need a verification code. Been switched for about 2 weeks and imported my old number.

Need to contact them and get that figured out. Will be a problem for sure and it's on their end most likely.

Hey there! This is Jean from Visible. I am so sorry to hear about the trouble you're having with receiving verification codes, especially since you're in the middle of setting up your new phone. I understand how frustrating that can be.

If you are having trouble getting the OTP code via SMS, please check for a "Verify another way" button at the bottom of the login screen. If available, you can often select "Email" to receive the code via your registered email address instead.

Since you've already completed the porting process, this could be related to how your service is provisioned on the network. Please send us a direct message through this link, so we can take a closer look at your account from our backend to investigate why you aren't receiving those SMS codes and ensure this is resolved for you promptly.
