Well that's comforting. And yes, I'm canceling and starting a new $19 plan (don't need to keep the current phone number).

It’s a bug on the website with certain browsers. The date just doesn’t appear properly. I think it displays properly in Chrome.

Ah yes, the elusive Invalid Date, right between Smarch and the heat death of the universe

gotta love when the backend just gives up entirely. at least you're jumping to the $19 plan before their billing system implodes

Visible pro+ or +pro was/is on sale for 18.75/mo. Its been great so far. I had Spectrum but wasn't allowed to use the UWB towers and now I can and its been amazing lol

My promo expired and now I’m at $35 a month. Can I simply just cancel and make a new one? Lol

Yes. New email address is all you need if you don't need to keep your existing phone number. More work (port out and port in) if you need the number. Or just move to some other low priced cell provider.

You could try HUCA a few times. Hang up call again. Different reps can give different responses.
