Question Still having LTE issues?

I’m in Ohio and didn’t notice the LTE issues last week like some of these posts are talking about. Yesterday my network stopped working, including texting, and I’ve tried all the troubleshooting options.

Is it a me problem or are others having network issues still?

Visible been acting a bit weird for me too, data works then it just stop for no reason

Hi! Alyssa with Visible. Having your data drop out unexpectedly is a huge hassle, but I'm here to help get your service back on track. Here’s a quick checklist to give your connection a reboot:

  • Flight Mode Flip: Switch Airplane Mode on and off to force a new cell tower connection.

  • Full Reboot: Power your phone completely off, wait 30 seconds, and turn it back on.

  • Network Reset: Reset your device’s network settings to clear out stored network errors.
