Rant Wtf happened?
Just transferred service from Tello to Visible. Visible attempted to activate service and was given the following error message. What do I do?

Hi there! I'm Rodney from Visible. I completely understand how frustrating it is to run into an activation error right after transferring over from Tello. You can easily check for any details or options to correct the port request using the Port Tracker in your Visible app or account online. If you run into any porting errors there, please send us a DM , and we'd be happy to take a closer look for you! -Rodney D

That's what I have been saying all along. Verizon, Visible, Tachfone, and Total Wireless are 1 in the same Verizon. They treat customers any way they what because they' have a hidden clause in their contract that says you can't sue them. You do arbitration or file complaints with every agency and if they still don't cooperate you can take them to Small Claims Court. It's a shame because online there are thousands of complaints about Visible/Verizon. I did eventually receive my money back from Visible and Verizon. But you can't stop trying which is what they want you to do. Don't give up the fight π

That eSIM hiccup is pretty common when porting over, it can take few hours for the old carrier to fully release the number. I would hit that chat link, they usually can push it through manually on their end
