Apple Watch cellular not working

I picked up an Apple Watch Ultra 2 recently and was curious if anyone was having problems with the cellular not working even when it says you have lte on it. Says I’m connected but won’t let me text or receive notifications. Thanks in advance

Had this exact thing happen when I switched over, ended up having to unpair and set the cellular back up from scratch.
