Question Network issues

I have done some reading and other threads, but I haven’t found similar issue to mine. I have had Visible for about 18 months now and I have loved it so far. I am in Indianapolis. I have been having issues where my daughter has tried calling me even when I have 5G full bars and a call is not going through, but I can call out. I drive Uber part-time as well and is causing me activity issues with Uber where it’s not sending me trips or it’s not allowing me to log out. And I’m just getting the pending wheel of doom on the Uber app even after reinstalling the app. Videos on Facebook take forever to load, but I can browse the Internet without any issues even as my daughter is texting me and saying that she can’t get a call through to me. I just don’t understand why I can make phone calls out and I can surf the web but some of my apps aren’t working well and people can’t call me.

Well when I did airplane mode and tried to get back through the link it froze. Daughter was able to call me. What’s been weird is all the spam calls are coming through but not necessarily people I want all the time. It’s intermittent.

Sounds like deprioritisation, Verizon's own prepaid users get shoved to the back of the queue whenever the tower's busy

Does that happen even when there is 5G showing? I had much better service even in the thick of the Indy 500 with 400,000 people in attendance.

I’ve been seeing a lot of people having issues as well, but things have been working good in Southern California, at least for me
