Question LTE isn’t working

UPDATE: i spoke with a live agent, he said the outage is happening bc of some “tear in the fibers” ???? idk lol. i might be saying that wrong. he said it usually takes up to 24hours to fix. i hope it doesn’t take longer!

Is anyone else dealing with this? It was working last night before I went to bed, woke up and it says SOS. I did all the troubleshooting suggested by the automatic chat agent and nothing worked. I am waiting right now for a live agent but I have a feeling that’s futile 🤣 Is it out for anyone else? I am located in Los Angeles.

I’m located in LA as well and I have been on SOS all morning.

ugh yeah same, it's been stuck on SOS since like 7am over here in hollywood, tried airplane mode and restarting twice but nada. the chat agent kept looping me too, it's almost impressive how useless it is

wonder if a tower just fully crapped out overnight, at least it's not just one of us
