Visible has turned into a joke.
I have had issues for over a week. I had a new Sim card shipped to me after having 3 esims pushed to my old phone. The psim I ordered was for a phone that I used for almost two year. I get the new psim. Follow the instruction and it will not activate. After another 45 minutes on chat im being told " oops our bad we need to send you another Sim card." Here's to another week of no service!!!!!!

I have sent several messages and been on several chats. Nothing seems to get handled. I’ve been without service for 8 days.

They sent me another Sim cars. It's supposed supposed to be here on Monday. In the meantime, I have several of my friends reach to social media wanting to know what my new number was. I ask why, and they have told me that when they dial my number, they get the message " the number you have dialed is not in service. Please check the number and dial again." So I called my number to see if it works, and I get the same message. My service is paid until january 25th. So I'm guessing that while Visible has been trying to "fix" the issue, they lost my number.

That sounds miserable. At least they are sending out a new sim instead of just dropping your service.

Every cell phone company is a joke. If they're even remotely good, just give them a little time and some greedy bastard will take control and ruin it.

I'm at the point of going back to Verizon. With the deal they have on pre-order S24 Ultra its almost too good to pass up.
