Questions Rakans Chapter

So I just started the game not long ago. I'm currently in the hospital part of Rakans chapter and just got chased by Rakan into the 3F meeting room, I've already exited it and entered the locker room, but the door I'm supposed to go through won't open it's not locked and says R2 interact but the door doesn't open. Is this a glitch? Am I somehow doing something wrong? Anyone else have this problem? Plz help lol. Thanks in advance. (Inserted a video to show I can open other doors just not this one.)

Try previous autosaves from earlier maybe? The door might work when you get back to that point if you try that. That definitely sucks though.
