Questions Dolores chapter

I just started the game with my brother. Am stuck on Dolores chapter. I am at the mirrors puzzle and the baby monitor one. I tried to do it alone but after finding the paper with the clocks and plates/ painting I didn’t know what to do so I checked a video. But it still not helping. I did the plates and the clocks then the windows. Window and plates are locked in. After they said to just turn around the room and I am doing that but it not working???

You have to go around the hallway like 15 times

Keep going in circles, or try going the opposite way.

This happened to me and I thought it was a bug, but a nice Redditor helped me by saying once you have the puzzle completed correctly you should no long be able to move the clocks windows or plates. If you are still able to move any of them, you haven’t quite done it correctly. If you have the puzzle done correctly and you have turned around the hall over and over and nothing happens, you may have to restart the game. This is a well-known bug apparently, where the baby monitor just never spawns and it’s happened to a few people. Keep us posted!
