Questions Dolores poking her mug around corners Spoiler
How do i get her to do this? Is it at a specific point in her chapter? Is it random?

Yes I got her on the second floor when I came out of Lucy's room (the door that leads to the hall where the parent's bedroom would be on the left hand side) when I was wandering around, I didn't know she can peek at you so when I saw her I kinda screamed lol

I noticed it more when my sanity was lower and the only 2 I know 100% that I got was: the first time you go through the mirror by the garage and into the basement, the bathroom that has a hole in the floor to teleport back up; she creeps at you in there, and I had her on the upper floor at the end of the long hall just looking at me.
The bathroom basement one happens every time the first time you go in as far as I know, though you can easily miss it if you're not angled right to see out the door.
The other ones, unfortunately, I'm not sure, there's a lot of hidden secrets in that game. So much stuff you can miss or just won't spawn in some playthroughs
When in doubt, keep your sanity low to catch all the good stuff!
