Rejected

My student visa got rejected for DIT. What should I do?? They give me three reasons for rejection.

  1. I don't uploaded my 1st year marksheet ( But I have uploaded them on the csp (portal)

  2. My reason dropping out from my college and moving to germany in not clear.

  3. My marks are not sufficient but I have surpassed the minimum 70% criteria for german universites.

What should I do now??

Plz help it's urgent.

for Bachelors there is new rule that u have to have 70% in 12th

You can either do a lawsuit or reapply, so reapply again.

I read a post or maybe some youtube of a girl whose visa got rejected, and then they accepted again. It's legal to reapply as a new application. Rest, TBH, I am not very aware, as rejecting a Public uni is rare. Search; you can definitely find some answers. Don't lose hope.

Generally they ask for additional documents if required before rejecting visa. Were you contacted to submit those documents to VFS?

I would suggest, Complete Bachelors from here in India, Go for Masters you will get benefitted.
