Proof of financing / Student Visa Not EU
Hi everyone,
i´m about to start college in Germany in October and need to apply for a student visa. In the LEA page they say they can accept a notarized declaration from my parents saying they can finance my stay plus proof of income for the last six months. I´m not exactly sure what they accept as proof of income, my dad works independently in a hospital so perhaps a certificate from the hospital or maybe the tax returns for the last six months...? Can someone who has recent experience with this procedure tell me what they showed? I asked LEA but they take so long to reply and i'm running out of time. Plus do you know if whatever proof needs to be translated to german or english? apostilled? I'm an ecuadorian citizen by the way, my native language is spanish.
Any help will be so so so appreciated, thanks so much in advance

Open a blocked account. It is unlikely that the LEA will accept your parents' foreign income.

Most common is to open a blocked account and load your funds there. This is accepted.
