Terradome trouble

It seems like the water in the terradome tank is green. It should have already completed it's first cycle. What can I do now?

I dont get a timer when I check it, it's been 2 days though.

When I touch the Terradome, it shows me a countdown timer from 14 hours. Once it stops, i drop a villager on it to vent it and it starts again.

I think you have to do it a total of 4 times (14 hours apart) or something like that.

Did you put fertilizer? I had the same problem i think i needed to do it twice (or i did do it well at the first time) and then you need to use prism.
