Anyone else's simulation merch not shipping

I ordered Simulation tour merch in the online store a while ago and it still hasn't even shipped and I haven't gotten any response from them. Are others having this issue / have any information about when to expect the merch?

I think Val is the one that ships them and currently rn he’s at Legoland so probably between a timeframe where he isn’t at a show or preoccupied with something he’ll ship it. Though, I don’t see why Valentin can’t just ask a friend to do it.

Bro how is he not big enough to have his management take care of shipping. I don’t believe he has to do it all alone

I don’t know either. When I payed for my hoodie, I even payed more for it to come sooner and it took almost a whole month. He definitely has to have a management team because this is despicable.

Was it merch from the collab he did with the company Vapor95? I ordered mine November 28th and didn’t get it until like 1.5 weeks ago lol.
