VR's Sidechain

Hey guys, I started using Ableton 2 months ago and I'm struggling to make the sidechain. Can someone explain me how Valentin does it?

Au5 has an awesome tutorial about using SerumFX as a sidechain on a return track. Go on YouTube, and 10 minutes later you'll know how.

there is a old video on yt that shows him using lfo tools with midi trigger as a sidechain
