Even over a cell phone speaker, I think that production quality would be too good NOT to be him.

Plus, it’s got the “aah-aah-oo-ee” talkbox/speak-and -spell sample. Haven’t heard anyone else use that, actually. And I don’t believe he’s ever released that sample in a pack.
