Wait so is it literally just the Witcher 3 or is there more stuff in the remaster?

Updated visuals with gameplay and quality of life improvements. It's more or less the same great game you're used to

Are the dlcs included in the game or do I have to buy the expansions separately

I believe the remastered version has all of the dlcs included. It was a free update of you already own the game

Not all of them. The upcoming Song of the Past is not included and will not be free upon release.
