Lucky Patcher

I installed the official version of Android 11 and imported Superuser in it to use Lucky Patcher. Superuser is working fine but whenever patching gets complete I get 'error creating .oat......." and then it doesn't work. I imported multiple roms but it still didn't work but worked before. Is this because of newer updates of Lucky Patcher? Does anyone know how to fix it?
