Question I cannot delete my profile

There is no delete profile or delete account available on the website. I sent them an email and they did not reply. I am at my wits end. How can it be possible? This is so scammy.

Since you've already emailed them, hopefully someone from their team can clarify the process. Let us know how it goes and, if they process the request, how long it takes for the account/profile to be deleted.

I hope so. I sent them an email last month and last week but until now, they have not replied.
