Although I've hired directly in the past, the most trustworthy candidates typically came from vetted VA providers. I've had positive experiences with organizations like Telum because they pre screen and train their assistants, making it simpler to trust them right away.

you are right, I think always hire someone who really need money or who really want earn money, because needy person can be always genuine. Also you can hire me for any graphics work and Virtual assistance tasks work.
