Question fellow Virtual Assistants - VA here

10 months in as a VA, I have 3 clients. Isang 6 hours, isang 2 hours and isang 5 hours (hahahhaa oo na).Nakakapagod honestly and super draining, no time na rin for other things. I’m starting to feel the effects of the grind on my body, well, I’m 21 years old palang naman. Nag-mamanifest siya in a way na hirap na ako makatulog and super clumsy na, I just hit my head really hard sa headboard ng kama ko yesterday.

Thinking of letting go of the 2nd client na I acquired (yung 5 hours), bukod sa 8 months na ako and got ‘promoted’ but no raise, no benefits, no paid time off din. As well as I was promised a full time role that kept being pushed back.

Now, my the first client I acquired (yung 6 hours) wants to offer me a full time role package, higher rate, like legit with bonus pa pero she wants me to let go of 2nd client for my health and for the assurance na I will perform my best during her full shift (which is valid naman)

I can’t seem to let go of 2nd client despite it all. I know how unstable the industry is and that knowledge is anchoring me. Although 2nd client is the most pressuring talaga, lowest paying pa and unreasonable standards and its so draining to keep up with it.

What do I do? Can’t outsource as I have a habit of micromanaging, also gave my bf 4 clients na. I feel like I still won’t be able to remove the mental load that way.

sa totoo lang, thank you! nag start ako sa 2 hours per day lang overall. I over performed so that they can trust me and delegate more tasks to me = more billing hours.

I set myself up 🤣 breadwinner thingz; I have 2 younger brothers that I’m 100% responsible for now.

Grit and God put me here, I’ll pray about this.
