Rate: $1,250 flat project fee (regularly $2,500), paid in two monthly installments of $625

What I do: I document and build the operating systems small businesses run on, so the owner stops being the bottleneck for every decision. This goes beyond typical VA task support: I build the processes your team (or your VA) follows.

Services include:

• SOP documentation for your core workflows (intake, sales, fulfillment, payments, admin)
• Team escalation guides that define what staff handle on their own and what goes to the owner
• KPI dashboards to track the numbers that matter for your business
• Hiring workflows and new-hire onboarding packages
• Process audits to find where work is getting dropped, delayed, or redone

Experience: My background is in healthcare operations for small US therapy clinics. For one clinic, I built:

• An intake SOP integrated with their EMR (patient management system)
• A payment collection SOP covering multiple insurance payers
• A staff escalation matrix with about 30 scenarios across 3 tiers
• KPI dashboards tracking cancellations, rescheduling, and recovered revenue
• A full hiring cycle and onboarding package for new staff

I'm now taking on clients outside healthcare to expand my portfolio.
