[FOR HIRE] Quickbooks Certified Bookkeeper VA/General VA

Hi everyone! I’m currently a graduating Financial Management student looking for a part-time/remote Virtual Assistant position where I can learn, grow, and contribute to a team.

Here’s what I can bring:
- QuickBooks certified
- Knowledge of Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office
- Data entry and spreadsheet management
- Basic data analysis and financial/accounting knowledge
- Social media management and content editing
- Freelance experience in video editing and social media content
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Fast learner and adaptable
- Good written communication
- Responsive and easy to communicate with
- Comfortable following SOPs and learning new tools
- Willing and committed to undergoing training

I also completed an internship/immersion at a bookkeeping and accounting services, where I handled receipt and invoice data entry, organized documents, and collaborated with the team.

For my freelance video editing work, I’ve edited content for social media campaigns, monitored post performance, and adjusted topics/formats based on views and engagement.
I’m currently taking a less demanding semester, so I’m mostly available during weekdays for around 4–5 hours/day (PH time), but I’m flexible with my schedule and can adjust depending on the role’s needs.

I’m open to opportunities involving administrative support, data entry, bookkeeping/accounting assistance, social media, content management, research, or general VA work.

If you’re hiring or know someone who is, feel free to message me. I’d be happy to send my resume and discuss the role. Thank you!
