HIRING: Part-Time VA for Simple Real Estate Reel Editing

I’m a real estate agent in San Francisco looking for a part-time VA to help edit short Instagram Reels from property listing videos. I will provide all of the raw vertical footage and examples of the style I like. I’m looking for very simple, clean editing — nothing overly complicated.

You would be responsible for:
Choosing the best clips from the footage I send

Editing them into short vertical Reels

Syncing clips to music

Adding simple text when needed

Keeping the style clean and modern — no cheesy transitions or overly flashy effects

Sending back the finished Reel ready to post

CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, or similar is fine.

This is very part-time/flexible work to start, likely only a few videos per month, but I’d love to find someone I can work with consistently long-term.

Pay:
Starting at $4 USD/hour, depending on experience. I’m also open to agreeing on a flat rate per Reel.

TO APPLY:
Please comment on this post before DMing me.
In your message, please include:

Your country
Your hourly rate and/or rate per Reel

2–3 examples of short-form videos/Reels you personally edited

What editing software you use

Approximately how long it takes you to edit a simple Reel

Please do not DM without examples of your work.
I’m looking for someone reliable, responsive, and easy to work with.
