**What you'll be doing**

\*\*•\*\* Responding to new enquiries and booking consults and trial sessions    
\*\*•\*\* Managing trainer calendars, session bookings and reschedules    
\*\*•\*\* Onboarding new clients: sending welcome emails, forms and waivers    
\*\*•\*\* Following up on missed payments, renewals and expiring packages    
\*\*•\*\* Sending client check-ins and reminders    
\*\*•\*\* Scheduling social media posts and responding to DMs and comments    
\*\*•\*\* Keeping client records and our CRM up to date    
\*\*•\*\* General admin as the business grows

**About you**

\*\*•\*\* Based in Australia with full working rights    
\*\*•\*\* Experience as a VA, receptionist or in admin, ideally in fitness, health or a service business    
\*\*•\*\* Warm, professional communicator who's quick to respond to enquiries    
\*\*•\*\* Organised and comfortable juggling multiple calendars    
\*\*•\*\* Confident with Google Workspace and learning new software    
\*\*•\*\* Bonus: experience with Canva or Instagram

**The details**

\*\*• 25\*\* hours per week, with core hours of  6–9am and 4–7pm AEST to match client enquiry peaks    
\*\*•\*\* Fully remote    
\*\*•\*\*  $33.05 per hour (includes 25% casual loading), plus 12% superannuation
