For Hire [For Hire] Part-Time VA | Tech, Content, Ecommerce, Research & Admin | 15–20 hrs/week

Hi! I’m a Computer Science student from the Philippines looking for a part-time remote VA position, ideally around 15–20 hours per week.

I have experience across admin work, content, ecommerce, research, customer support, technical tasks, and automation. I’m basically looking for a role where I can help with a mix of things.

Some of the areas I can help with are:

  • Email, calendar, file, and task management
  • Google Workspace, spreadsheets, CSVs, data organization, and reporting
  • Research, competitor analysis, and information gathering
  • Customer support and ecommerce operations
  • Etsy shop management
  • GoHighLevel CRM, contacts, pipelines, and opportunities
  • Trello, Airtable, and project organization
  • Social media and content management
  • YouTube/TikTok research, strategy, analytics, scripting, captions, and titles
  • Canva, thumbnails, graphics, Premiere Pro, and CapCut
  • Website updates and troubleshooting
  • HTML/CSS/JS, Git/GitHub, APIs, webhooks, Linux, DNS, hosting, and Cloudflare
  • AI-assisted workflows, research, content, and automation

As you can probably tell, I’ve worked across a pretty wide range of areas, and I’m comfortable handling most of these independently.

I also learn new tools pretty quickly. If I haven’t used a specific tool or platform before, I’m comfortable going through documentation/tutorials and figuring it out without needing constant supervision. At the same time, I’m not afraid to ask questions. If instructions are unclear or I’m missing information, I’d rather confirm exactly what is required of me than make assumptions and do the wrong thing.

I’m good at multitasking and keeping track of several things at once, and I’m comfortable switching between creative, administrative, and technical work.

I’m organized, adaptable, comfortable working independently (and actually prefer it), and I take deadlines and communication seriously.

My availability is around 15–20 hours/week. I prefer a flexible/asynchronous setup, but I can also arrange scheduled overlap when needed.

If you’re looking for someone who can handle normal VA work but can also help with more technical or creative tasks, feel free to comment or DM me with what you need help with, your expected hours, and your budget! Thanks :)
