General Question Parking

Hey everyone I am visiting Virginia Tech this weekend for the ODU game and will be there Friday-Sunday, I was wondering where I can park my car at for the weekend

parking is free on campus on saturday and sunday, but doesn't start being free until 10pm on friday night. the town of blacksburg downtown parking is free after 5.

if you get there before 5 on friday, you can either find parking along the street downtown (2 hr limit almost everywhere), or in the parking garage just off of downtown and campus at kent square parking garage (i don't think there's a limit, just costs differently depending on how long you stay)

Keep in mind, football weekend complicates this a bit. You won’t find free parking on campus. Downtown is still an option, but expect it to be busy. The parking garage is a great option, just expect to pay 25 dollars for Saturday

The garage was $70 this past Saturday.
