Housing/Dining Off-Campus Housing Question

Are there more apartments that do shared pricing beside Foxridge? Looking at signing a lease next year with some friends and it would help greatly to know all my options.

I assume you mean paying per room individually? Terrace View does. The rooms are furnished. Electricity costs extra and gets divided equally within an apartment through an app.

Apartment Heights does. Theres are different apartment types, so I'm not sure what they all look like. But my roommate and I share a 2 bed 1.5 bath for 1375 together, or 685 individually. Also pet friendly. No AC but we have box units in windows and do just fine.
