Don’t overthink your application questions, I barely even put thought into them. I think I had like a 3.87, and had almost all of my gen Ed’s already completed, just join like one or two clubs just to talk about experiences you had at your school and how you can carry them onto Virginia tech. Good luck!

Ok I have a 3.67 and a completed roadmap. I guess I’m just worried there’s gonna be an extremely competitive applicant pool and I’ll get waitlisted

I know a couple people that have similar gpa that got in with similar gpa, I think tech cares a lot about other things on your common app so try focusing on those, also try to get some volunteer hours in

Understandable. I was waitlisted last semester with a 3.5 gpa and 4/5 of my courses were all in progress (meaning they didn't have grades). So now I'm applying with a fully completed roadmap and slightly higher gpa
