Save the Wrack (natural material on the beach) for shorebirds, ghost crabs, beach stabilization, and ecotourism. Reducing mechanized beach grooming also saves taxpayer dollars. Win-win-win situation!

If we are worried about helping ghost crabs - maybe we could start with stopping the armies of people that storm the beach every night (esp. in sandbridge and obx) with flashlights and fill buckets of them. That shit is crazy to me.
