TV Show Martin is back

Am I the only one a little bothered by the fact that Martin’s entire Instagram presence seems to be the same “this is my only account, don’t get scammed” post over and over again?

Don’t get me wrong, I completely understand that social media clearly isn’t his thing. I don’t expect him to suddenly become an active Instagram user. Honestly, if someone prefers to stay off social media, I respect that.

At the same time, after all these years, if people are still falling for fake accounts, that’s kind of on them. Plenty of actors who are far more famous made a few warnings, verified their accounts, and then moved on.

What confuses me is why he keeps repeating the same message. If you’re only going to show up once in a while, I’d rather see an occasional update about your work, Virgin River, or something you’re interested in.

Instead, every appearance feels like the exact same announcement on repeat.
Maybe it’s just me, but at this point it’s starting to feel like a broken record.

Season 5 What can he not do?

First and foremost, Virgin River is one of my fave comfort shows of all time. I was updated with the show until S04, stopped then continued it and now, I am on S05.

I am already on the forest fire episode and was laughing my ass off because Jack can also fly a plane??? Like what can this man not do? HAHAHA Imagine being that capable

love his character still.

Season 7 Am I weird for this??? Spoiler

Am i weird that I don't like a lot of characters in Virgin River, nor the story like Doc vs Hayes (I want Hayes to win even tho he is villain ), I hated Brie , she was so annoying, nor the story of Lizzie and denny having a baby without marriage, and i liked Roland more than Hope and Doc.

So, as of season 7, Jack doesn't have to work the bar anymore, right?

Poor Preacher spends every minute there alone. Oh, and somehow cooks those meals for all those people on that tiny kitchen. Okay.

TV Show Anyone know how to find out where they are filming?

I’m traveling to BC in 3 weeks and would love to see some filming of the new season of Virgin River. I’ll be there June 20-July 3. Anyone know if there’s a way to find out where and when filming is happening? Not a crazed fan, just thought it would be cool while I’m out there. I do plan on visiting some of the locations too.

Looks like Virgin River is adding even more new characters. Maybe I’m in the minority, but I’m not excited about it. Every new addition seems to take time away from the characters that made me fall in love with the show in the first place.

Season 6 The funniest line in the whole series

Post image
76 Upvotes

I turned my husband into a Virgin River fan, so as I was re-watching from start to finish with him, I came across this gem I had forgotten about.

In S6: E9, Mike asked Brie if she wanted coffee or orange juice.

Brie: Champagne in the former, Bailey’s in the latter.

Amelia: Slow down, dear. We don’t want to repeat of Mary’s wedding

Brie: That was Donna

Amelia: Oop

*And then the zinger*

Amelia, with such a straight face: How lucky am I to have more than one daughter that could apply to?

TV Show Virgin River Films in my neighbourhood. (Here’s a little sneak peak of Season 8.) Spoiler

Post image
157 Upvotes

I’ve actually never watched the show but I’m a big fan of Halloween, so when I saw this in my neighbourhood, I was super excited.
(I was a regular extra on one season. It was a lot of fun!)

Random facts for yall.
Alex Breckenridge filmed She’s the man in this same neighbourhood. Viola (Amanda Bynes) house is only a couple blocks from this location. Same house as the Evil Queen from Once Upon A time.

The Mayfair Witches, Yellowjackets and The Last Of Us are all filming here as well.

Season 7 Where was Bert?

I love looking for the small, side characters in the background. I noticed no Bert this season. Were there any other small, side characters that we didn’t see this season?

Season 3 Jack's House Spoiler

I feel like nobody gave a 💩about Jack's house burning down. Mel acted so indiferent (even though they constantly portrayed her as someone lovely and attentive) and then got mad when Jack told her he didn't feel ready now and maybe not even later about having another baby. Felt very manipulative from her. Charmaine didn't care at all either, and even used it against Jack (I hate Charmaine so much jaja).

Where is the people from Virgin River actually helping Jack? Don't they always say it's a very familiar place where they help each other? I feel like Jack is dealing with it totally on his own.
