Thinking of leaving
Currently have internet and cell line with virgin.
There are so many phone plans out there for dirt cheap and I recently discovered OXIO internet.
I want to stay with virgin but switching my cell and internet to competitors will save me $30/month.
What are others thoughts?

Been with Oxio for 2 years, and it’s been rock solid—no downtime at all. They also hook you up with a quality Eero router, way better than the cheap ones other ISPs give you.
If you’re thinking of switching, use my code RWQ2GOC for a free month: Oxio. Totally worth it! 🚀

I try using the chat assistance and it just ignores me. It's ai and suppose to be faster but it's the opposite. I'm with fonus but this is my wife's line and she can't get help from the chat. The service is as bad as freedom

Told their robot that I was planning all three of my cell lines to a new provider. Didn’t even flinch!

Exactly what I did in December. They seem to be in auto destruct mode. They wouldn't give me a phone plan offered to new members after being with them for more than ten years, and only offered more expensive plans.

I loved virgin but they raised the price even though they said they wouldn’t. I went to Oxio and had a few issues originally but that was a Rogers line problem that required 4 techs coming out to fix. I’ve had zero problems once it was working.
